Encouragement for weary hearts holding on to Jesus
Dear Friend,
I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re opening this newsletter from a place of exhaustion—whether in body, mind, or spirit—I want you to know you’re not alone. I’m writing to you not as someone who has it all together, but as someone who understands what it’s like to walk with Jesus through weakness and still wonder how to keep going.
This month, I’ve been reminded again how tender God is with our frailty. Even when I feel like I’m bringing Him so little, He meets me with gentleness. He never asks me to strive—just to come.
Personal Reflection: “All I Could Do Was Whisper His Name”
There was a day last week when the fatigue hit hard. The kind that makes your body feel like lead and your brain feel like fog. I couldn’t pray much. I couldn’t read much. All I could do was whisper, “Jesus, help.”
And that was enough.
That tiny whisper became the holiest thing I did all day. Not because it was eloquent, but because it was real. I think sometimes we forget that our weakness doesn’t disqualify us from intimacy with God—it draws Him near.
